These Terms govern the use of services provided by CYBER SERVICES AI, including dedicated servers, virtual private servers, storage infrastructure, cloud infrastructure and related hosting services.
CYBER SERVICES AI provides computing infrastructure only. Customers are solely responsible for the software, applications, licenses, data and content they install, host, store, transmit or operate using our services.
Customers must use the services in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, intellectual property rights, provider rules and our Acceptable Use Policy. Customers are responsible for securing their accounts, systems and credentials.
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized content distribution, malware, phishing, spam, fraud, botnets, DDoS attacks, network abuse or any activity that may harm CYBER SERVICES AI, its providers, networks or other customers.
CYBER SERVICES AI may suspend or terminate services if a customer violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment obligations, applicable laws or network/provider requirements.
Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy and the nature of the ordered service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBER SERVICES AI is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, service interruption or damages caused by customer-managed software, content, configuration or third-party networks.
